Sectors in focus

We advise on complex public and private construction projects. In particular, we have key competencies with respect to the procurement and financing of construction projects, construction litigation and arbitration, as well as construction related insurance.
We advise on, e.g., capital procurement, regulatory matters, the establishment of finance and security structures, as well as purchase and sale processes. We assist with the organisation and implementation of the best possible commercial solution to complicated legal tasks concerning, e.g., sales, reconstructions or liquidations.
We advise local authorities, regions, joint local authority companies, public companies and independent institutions. We have experience with, e.g., legal issues of concern to local authorities, public private companies and partnerships, environmental and planning law, infrastructure projects, expropriation and public procurement.
We advise on, e.g., the establishment of renewable energy plants and on/offshore windmill parks, as well with respect to the water and waste water sector. We have specific experience with venture capital investments in start-up and growth companies within the Cleantech industry, as well as with the implementation of energy transactions.
We advise industrial and production companies from a wide range of sectors, e.g. paper and packaging, paint and coatings, metalworking, plastic processing, electronics, chemicals, build-ing materials, furniture, jewellery, energy, hearing aids and clothing. We render both specific transaction based advice and general advice on commercial law matters to our clients.
We advise many different types of businesses on a broad spectrum of agricultural and food related issues. Our advice encompasses, e.g., the rules governing food safety, fodder, food additives, genetically modified foods and functional foods. Moreover, we have experience with EU subsidy schemes and the Danish rules concerning agriculture.
We advise life science companies and investors on all legal issues of relevance to them. In particular, we have specific knowledge of relevant intellectual property matters, e.g., the marketing, sale and distribution of drugs, medical equipment and cosmetic products, the parallel importing of drugs, as well as patents and trademarks.
We advise Denmark's leading consultancy firms as well as small and medium-sized consultancy firms. Our advice encompasses a wide range of legal and commercial matters, among others, ordinary contractual matters, corporate and shareholder issues, employment and labour law, as well as restructurings, joint ventures and mergers.
We advise the buyers and providers of IT and telecommunication services, private companies, public authorities, software producers and telecommunications companies, as well as radio and television stations, film producers, record companies, newspaper publishers, agent and advertising agencies, musicians and actors on all legal issues of relevance to them.
We advise many sector actors on, e.g., the reduction of risk with respect to business operations, regulatory matters and issues relating to competition law. We assist with the leasing and financing of aeroplanes, trains, ships and motorised vehicles, as well as the drafting of logistical framework agreements, terms of sales and delivery and the resolution of conflicts.
