Danish Act on the European Cooperative Society (the SCE Act)
The Danish Parliament has adopted the Act on the European Cooperative Society (SCE) implementing Council Regulation 1435/2003/EC on the Statute for the European Cooperative Society into Danish law. The Regulation makes it possible to establish a SCE in any EU or EEA Member State.
