Bech-Bruun Dragsted advises Chr. Hansen on sale of global business
A large Bech-Bruun Dragsted team acted for Chr. Hansen Holding A/S regarding the sale of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S's global food ingredients business.
Chr. Hansen is the worldwide leader in natural ingredients to the food industry with global market leadership positions in cultures, enzymes and natural colors and strong positions in flavor solutions. A definitive sale and purchase agreement was entered into on 29 April with PAI partners, the France-based private equity firm which is to pay the purchase price of EUR 1.1bn. The transaction involved 28 jurisdictions.
