Bech-Bruun wins tender together with PwC and Niras
Bech-Bruun, Niras and PwC win tender to analyse the cooperation models of eight public utility companies on Zealand.
PwC, Bech-Bruun and Niras have together won a tender to perform an in-depth analysis of the benefits and drawbacks of using various cooperation models among eight public utility companies on Zealand. Bech-Bruun and Niras act as subcontractors to PwC.
The eight public utility companies are Faxe Forsyning Holding A/S, Holbæk Forsyning Holding A/S, Køge Holding A/S, Lejre Forsyning Service A/S, Ringsted Forsyning A/S, Roskilde Forsyning A/S, Sorø Forsyning A/S and Stevns Forsyning A/S.
The results of the analysis are to be presented to the boards of the utility companies in May 2014. However, the shareholders of the utility companies, the eight municipalities, will ultimately decide on the further steps to be taken.
The consortium won the tender in close competition with six other advisers/consortia.
Bech-Bruun partner Per Hemmer has been appointed member of the project’s steering group, and Bech-Bruun lawyer Kristian Raun Larsen will be chief project coordinator of the legal parts of the analysis.
