Bech-Bruun advises Dansk Generationsskifte A/S on acquisition of A-class ApS
Bech-Bruun has assisted Dansk Generationsskifte A/S on the acquisition of A-class ApS, a company operating the website Afrika-Safari.dk.
Dansk Generationsskifte A/S has acquired the company together with two external investors, and the sellers and the new management board have further co-invested in a combined 40 percent stock.
With signing and closing taking place on Friday, 30 March, the entire procedure has been highly condensed. Closing took place following due diligence reporting of only one week, followed by negotiation of SPA, owner’s agreements, seller financing terms, service agreement and financing agreement.
Bech-Bruun’s team mainly comprised employment law and M&A Corporate specialists.
