On 1 July 2012, new prospectus rules came into force easing the prospectus requirements in connection with offerings of unlisted securities. In addition, an adaption will be effected of the requirements as to the contents of the prospectus in connection with rights issues in listed companies, small and medium-sized companies and companies with reduced market cap.
