How to identify legal pitfalls when considering business options in India. This is the topic of our seminar at which two of India’s leading specialists within M&A and intellectual property rights will give presentations.
The Indian economy is doing well and in 2015, India is expected to become the world’s fifth largest consumer economy. These years, many undertakings are therefore directing their attention towards India and the business opportunities brought about by the fast-growing economy.
The presentations in Bech-Bruun’s upcoming seminar will deal with the opportunities and pitfalls which Danish undertakings should be particularly aware of with respect to the Indian market. This for instance applies to joint ventures as well as the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights).
All presentations will be in English.
The course is aimed at in-house lawyers with or without a practising certificate and others who are employed in or own undertakings and who are considering investing or are in the process of investing in Indian business opportunities.
