Description

The Data Protection Directive 2009/136 includes a requirement for informed consent of storage of and access to information on users' IT equipment (such as computers and smartphones).

The course takes you through the Danish implementation of the rules on the duty to provide information and obtain consent of the 'Executive Order on Cookies' as well as the rules on cross-border use of personal data and marketing involving various players responsible for data protection.

The course is intended for marketing employees, lawyers and others who daily work with marketing via electronic media.
