Bech-Bruun expands with three new partners
Bech-Bruun expands its partner group and strengthens its advisory services to clients on Restructuring, M&A and Real Estate when Anders Hauge Gløde, Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen and Sven Frode Frølund are admitted as new partners in 2018.
Bech-Bruun begins the new year by appointing Anders Hauge Gløde and Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen from associates to partners. Furthermore, Sven Frode Frølund will return to Bech-Bruun in August 2018, this time as partner in the Real Estate practice group. With these three new profiles in its group of partners, Bech-Bruun's position at home and abroad will be even stronger in the areas of M&A, Restructuring and Real Estate.
“All three of them have very strong profiles who will undoubtedly enhance our positions in M&A, Real Estate and Restructuring. A lot is happening in these areas at the moment, so their expertise is an important element in making our position stronger. We know that it requires substantial expertise in your professional field to render advice that adds value to your clients. And our three new partners have got just that,” says Simon Evers Kalmose-Hjelmborg, managing partner of Bech-Bruun.
The three new partners

Furthermore, Anders has considerable experience conducting legal proceedings before the Danish courts.
Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen originally started his career at Bech-Bruun when he was hired as a junior associate in the Real Estate and Construction practice group. Since then, he has specialised in business transfers and he currently advises clients on all aspects of Danish and international M&A transactions. A few years back, Thomas worked as an international associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London, but he returned to Bech-Bruun in 2015 and joined the M&A team as senior associate, rendering advice to a number of large private equity funds and Danish and international companies in connection with M&A transactions.
Sven Frode Frølund comes to Bech-Bruun from a position as an associate of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London, having specialised in the acquisition of undertakings and property portfolios in the Nordic region and Europe. With his international experience in M&A and M&A Real Estate, Sven Frode will be a considerable asset to Bech-Bruun.
We look forward to working with our new partners.
