Bech-Bruun welcomes four new partners
In 2017 Bech-Bruun is expanding its group of partners with Anne Bergholt Sommer, Simon Lagrelius, Jacob Brandt and Martin Dræbye Gantzhorn.
Bech-Bruun will be consolidating its position when we are joined by four new partners on 1 January 2017 within the fields of EU public procurement, Public law, Banking, Capital Markets & Restructuring, and IP & technology, respectively.

Anne Bergholt Sommer
specialises in contract and public procurement law. She advises contracting authorities as well as private operators on tenders, defence and security as well as technical issues. Going forward, Anne will be consolidating and developing our position in the area of procurement law, primarily in Western Denmark, particularly in the area of public procurement of goods and services as well as national and international defence procurement.
specialises in environmental and nature protection, utilities and planning as well as any related municipal and administrative law issues. Jacob primarily works with public clients, and we see considerable potential for his work in this area.
works on some of the largest Danish bankruptcy estates and restructuring proceedings. Simon specialises in restructuring and has a significant relation to the financial sector, in which we see potential for development.
Martin Dræbye Gantzhorn
joins Bech-Bruun from a position focusing on all legal aspects of significance to undertakings with commercial interests in pharmaceuticals, medical devices
, cosmetics, food and feedstuff. With his expert knowledge, Martin will be strengthening Bech-Bruun's position within Life Science. Moreover, Martin specialises in IP and marketing law.
