New CSR report: Cooperation adds value
Bech-Bruun publishes its seventh CSR report. Focusing on CSR initiatives in 2015 – both in Denmark and abroad – the report addresses the issues of People, Society, Environment, and Ethics & Compliance.
With the CSR report for 2015, Bech-Bruun confirms for the seventh year running its commitment to sustainable development and the UN Global Compact.
The report focuses, among other things, on our new professional development initiatives to ensure that our employees obtain the best possible skills. We have, for example, developed an Executive Programme to equip our partners with a solid foundation for accommodating to an even higher extent the demand for extended skills currently seen in the market.
"The reason we are able to offer the best legal consulting is that we have the best employees – and that their working conditions are the best possible. Consequently, it is of high priority to Bech-Bruun that our employees have optimal opportunities for development and training", says Simon Evers Kalsmose-Hjelmborg, Managing Partner of Bech-Bruun.
