Still stronger within labour and employment law
By welcoming Lise Lauridsen as new partner, Bech-Bruun becomes still stronger in the areas of labour and employment law.
Lise Lauridsen is a labour and employment law specialist and on 1 October 2015 she joins the ranks as partner at Bech-Bruun.
Lise Lauridsen has particular experience advising Danish and international undertakings on business transfers, reorganisations as well as employment terms and incentive schemes for executives and other key employees.
“The labour and employment law areas are seeing increasing regulation, and businesses today must manoeuvre in an area with highly complicated and extensive legislation. It is key for us to be able to offer the required expertise in the area when e.g. contracts are negotiated, drafted and concluded. Lise is a specialist and has extensive experience in all aspects of labour and employment law and I am very pleased to be able to welcome an expert of such standing to our team,” says Simon Evers Kalsmose-Hjelmborg, Bech-Bruun’s managing partner.
Lise Lauridsen earned her law degree from Aarhus University in 2000 and subsequently worked in the Ministry of Justice for three years. She became a practising lawyer in 2005 and in 2006, she was admitted to try cases before the Danish High Courts. Lise Lauridsen is co-author of a book on shareholders' agreements with employee shareholders "Ejeraftaler med medarbejderaktionærer", and regularly conducts courses on labour and employment law issues for HR managers and other employees with HR responsibility.
