New CSR report: Investing in the future
People, Society, Environment and Ethics & Compliance. These are the focus areas of Bech-Bruun’s CSR report, this year published for the sixth consecutive year.
In 2014, Bech-Bruun’s new strategy was prepared. This means that knowledge sharing and strategy are two key topics in Bech-Bruun’s 2014 CSR report.
“Our clients' demands undergo constant development. The work on our strategy involved a look at the inner workings of our business. This has provided us with valuable knowledge on how we can and must set in to optimise our employees’ skills and expertise in order to ensure that they always match the demands of our clients,” says Simon Evers Kalsmose-Hjelmborg, managing partner.
The very foundation of Bech-Bruun is the expertise of our employees. Accordingly, education and training both nationally and internationally are obvious focus areas. In the report you may, among other things, read about Bech-Bruun’s partnership with Save the Children Denmark.
You may also find information about Bech-Bruun’s new e-learning program in legal ethics, which all practising and non-practising lawyers completed in 2014 and which will now be conducted annually. You may also see how Bech-Bruun’s consumption of resources has developed since 2008.
You may read about this and much more in Bech-Bruun’s 2014 CSR report ”Corporate Social Responsibility: Investing in the future.”
