New CSR report – focus on growth and knowledge
For the fifth year running, Bech-Bruun publishes its CSR report. This year the report focuses on how voluntary initiatives are increasingly sustained by regulated responsibility as well as our own CSR activities in Denmark and abroad.
With this our fifth CSR report we confirm our support to sustainable development and our commitment to the global CSR programme UN Global Compact.
The report deals with, among other things, the most recent legislation within the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Denmark and globally. That is an area companies should pay attention to because voluntary initiatives are to an increasing extent being replaced by mandatory legislation. For example, in 2014, whistleblowing schemes will become mandatory in the Danish financial sector.
You will also find information about Bech-Bruun’s own CSR activities, such as our cooperation with Save the Children, our education initiatives as well as our Aarhus office’s upcoming relocation to Aarhus’s most energy efficient building.

We wish you happy reading.
