Even stronger within the life science areas
Bech-Bruun increases its expertise within life sciences by welcoming Christian Vinding Thomsen as a partner.
Christian Vinding Thomsen, lawyer, is an expert in life sciences, and he will join Bech-Bruun's group of partners. His primary focus is the special regulation of pharmaceuticals, medicinal devices and food and beverages.
"The life sciences and medico industries are subject to strict, regulatory requirements," says Simon Evers Kalsmose-Hjelmborg, Bech-Bruun's managing partner. He continues: "A company has to navigate through a sea of research costs, know how to protect and enforce intellectual property rights as well as deal with product liability cases. Apart from being highly specialised in the legislation governing the area, Christian has also worked in-house in the industry. He has great knowledge about the industry and the challenges facing it. I'm therefore happy to welcome Christian at Bech-Bruun."
Christian Vinding Thomsen is Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen. His previous positions include being head of legal affairs at the pharmaceutical wholesaler Nomeco A/S.
