Bech-Bruun stronger within capital market law, financial regulation and compliance
David Moalem is new partner of Bech-Bruun.
On 1 March, Bech-Bruun will become even stronger within the area of finance and capital markets when we welcome David Moalem as new partner. David has many years of experience in advising stock exchange and financial sector clients requiring expert knowledge in capital market law, capital market transactions, the law governing insider trading, financial regulation and compliance. His fields of expertise include market abuse regulation, prospectuses, takeover bids, financial regulation and compliance.

David's strong professional profile and client portfolio, not to mention his experience, add further strength to our advisory services for listed clients and other financial sector clients," says Steen Jensen, partner and head of Finance & Capital Markets at Bech-Bruun.
David holds a Ph.D in capital market law and is the author of various articles and books. He is also a member of a number of committees and councils established by the government and the Danish FSA, among others.
"I'm looking forward to becoming part of Bech-Bruun and the strong Finance & Capital Markets team," says David. "This will provide me with a strong platform for assisting my existing and Bech-Bruun's listed clients and clients from the financial sector – now as well as in the future."
With David joining the team, Bech-Bruun's Finance & Capital Markets practice group now numbers 18 lawyers.
