Bech-Bruun associate in Talent 100
Again this year, Berlingske Business selects a person of talent in Bech-Bruun: associate Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen, who is included in this year’s Talent 100.
Once a year, Berlingske Business Magazine selects 100 talents among the profiles nominated by Danish businesses. And again this year, a Bech-Bruun associate has made it to the Talent 100 chart.
Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen (32) specialises in business transfers, and according to partner and chairman of Bech-Bruun’s executive committee Jacob Hjortshøj the nomination is fully earned:
“Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen is a very special talent displaying exceptional flair for the job. He has strong legal competences as well as commercial understanding enabling him to render value-adding advice to our clients. Thomas’s great commitment and positive approach to his tasks and colleagues and clients make his job seem like a picnic – also when he works around the clock.”
Despite Thomas’s young age, he is already highly experienced in handling most aspects of M&A processes. He has been involved in some of the largest and most prominent transactions in the Danish market.
“It is very exciting to work for one of Denmark’s largest M&A departments and to be involved in some of the most highly profiled transactions in the Danish market. If you thrive on new challenges, it is the perfect platform – especially in terms of facilitating complicated processes and finding feasible solutions to complex legal matters,” Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen says.
