Bech-Bruun intensifies its focus on state aid and general Community law
As of 1 January 2013, Michael Honoré has been appointed partner in Bech-Bruun with responsibility for the areas of state aid and general competition law.
With the appointment of Michael Honoré as partner as of 1 January 2013, Bech-Bruun is intensifying its efforts within state aid law and overall Community law in addition to general competition law.
Michael has been with Bech-Bruun since 1 April 2005. He has considerable international experience both as a legal assistant at the Court of First Instance (the European Court of Justice) and at the law firms Liedekerke Siméon Wessing Houthoff and Ashurst in Brussels. Since 2005, he has been involved in a number of extensive and highly complex state aid cases conducted by Bech-Bruun, including cases for the Danish State Railways (DSB), Modern Times Group (MTG), Viasat, Energinet.dk, etc. In addition, Michael provides assistance to a number of municipalities and municipal players in state aid cases.
Furthermore, Michael is the author of numerous articles on state aid in Danish and international magazines and is a frequent speaker at Danish and international conferences on the topic.
