Bech-Bruun expands once more
Bech-Bruun grows even stronger within real estate, procurement, public law and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)/Public-Private Cooperation (PPC). This is due to Bech-Bruun taking on three new partners specialising in the said business areas.
As from 1 January 2013, Bech-Bruun also counts partners Torben Brøgger, Tina Braad and Per Bjerg Christensen. The three partners will consequently leave Holst, Advokater in Aarhus and return to Bech-Bruun.
Strengthening our expertise within these areas is part of Bech-Bruun’s overall growth strategy focusing on the business areas of real estate, procurement, public law and PPP/PPC. The three partners will be accompanied by seven colleagues and join the Aarhus office.
"By taking on the three new partners, we again strengthen our position as market leaders. I am very happy to welcome the three partners and the other employees to Bech-Bruun", says Randi Bach Poulsen, Managing Partner.
For several years, Torben Brøgger has specialised in procurement, contract law, project development and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). In recent years, he has rendered advisory services to private undertakings as well as public authorities in connection with the completion of several large urban development and building and construction projects.
"I know that I also speak on behalf of Tina and Per when I say that Bech-Bruun is presently the best basis for us to provide even better legal services and results. We will become part of a strong team. Today, Bech-Bruun is a large and modern business specialising in various fields of law and providing great opportunities", Torben Brøgger says.
Tina Braad has great expertise in the conclusion of public contracts. Tina renders advisory services to, for instance, several public authorities in connection with the completion of dialogue-based tender procedures in respect of large and complex development projects, including building and construction projects. Tina also represents clients in a large number of proceedings in respect of procurement law disputes.
For several years, Per Bjerg Christensen has specialised in real estate matters in general and has advised institutional, private and public investors as well as Danish and foreign banks on all legal aspects within real estate, including the purchase and sale of investment and project properties, project development, lease law, direct and indirect taxes, financing, restructuring and construction law.
