Bech-Bruun the best Danish law firm within M&A
Having concluded 26 large transactions in the first half of 2012, Bech-Bruun takes joint second place with the number of transactions in mergermarket’s listing among all law firms in Scandinavia. Bech-Bruun is thereby the best placed Danish law firm within M&A in the Nordic region.
Also in terms of transaction value, Bech-Bruun ranks among the two best placed law firms in Denmark in particular owing to the sale of NKT Flexibles to National Oilwell Varco at a price of DKK 3.8bn and PAI Partner’s agreement with Novo A/S on the sale of its 25.6% shareholding in Chr. Hansen Holding at a total price of DKK 4.1bn.
