Bech-Bruun arrange International Maritime Law Seminar in London
Again this year, Bech-Bruun is arranging the International Maritime Law Seminar in London.
When the eighth International Maritime Law Seminar is held this year in London, Anne Buhl Bjelke, Partner, will be one of the speakers.
This year’s seminar focuses on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitration awards by various foreign jurisdictions and deals with several underlying topics, such as interim remedies, attachment, provision of security, charges and insolvency proceedings.
The seminar has become the event of the year within the international shipping and insurance industry, and this year around 250 lawyers, insurance claims handlers, in particular P&I clubs, claims adjusters, mediators and carriers, will participate.
The seminar, which is held together with 14 other foreign law firms, will this time take place in Gibson Hall, London, on 27 September 2012.
In addition to Anne Buhl Bjelke, the following Bech-Bruun lawyers will participate: Jes Anker Mikkelsen, Louise Wessel, Signe Morgenstjerne, Johannes Grove Nielsen and Camilla Søgaard Madsen.
