Lars Lindencrone Petersen appointed to conduct legal inquiry into Max Bank's collapse
Lars Lindencrone Pedersen, knowledge management partner at Bech-Bruun, has been appointed to conduct a legal inquiry by the board of directors of Max Bank.
The purpose of such enquiry is, among others, to identify the main reasons for the bank's collapse and to determine whether there is evidence to support the imposition of civil or criminal sanctions against Max Bank's former management, accountants or connected parties in connection with the collapse.
The inquiry is conducted in accordance with the practice of the Danish Financial Stability Company and is expected to be concluded in the first half of 2012.
