Illum property sold again
Bech-Bruun has assisted the capital fund, MGPA Europe Fund III, with the purchase of the building which houses the well-known department store, Illum, one of the best placed retail properties in Copenhagen.
The acquisition is a joint venture with MGPA, investment manager Partners Group and a Canadian institutional investor. The purchase sum, including the development project was set at DKK 1.95 billion, which makes it one of the largest property transactions concerning a single property in Denmark ever.
