Bech-Bruun advises on the largest Danish property transaction in 2011
Bech-Bruun has advised the development corporation Copenhagen City & Port Development, which has joined forces with the Danish Labour Market Supplementary Pension Fund and the labour market pension fund, PensionDanmark, in a consortium for the purpose of acquiring – at a price of just over DKK 2.1bn – the 45,000 sq m UN City located at Marmormolen in Copenhagen from Copenhagen City & Port Development.
Included in the agreement is also the consortium’s acquisition of areas at Marmormolen and the North point of Langelinie for the construction of two office tower blocks designed by architect Steven Holl.
