Thermax Ltd. acquires Danstoker A/S
Bech-Bruun, headed by partner
Niels Kornerup, acted as lead legal advisor to Thermax Ltd., an Indian company providing a range of engineering solutions to the energy and environment sec-tors around the world, in the acquisition of Danstoker A/S, a leading European boiler manufacturer and its German subsidiary, Omnical Kessel. The acquisition valued at EUR 29.5m was completed on 8 November 2010.
