Four Aarhus lawyers join Bech-Bruun
Merger aims to strengthen Bech-Bruun in West Denmark, and the merging parties look forward to deliver high quality through strong professional collaboration.
Three partners from the Danish law firm Abel & Skovgård Larsen are joining Bech-Bruun. These are company law and company transfer specialists Claus Berner Nielsen and Jakob Østervang and real estate and property investments specialist Jesper Bøge Pedersen.
The fourth new partner, Mads Krarup, partner in Flink, Halling-Overgaard & Partners, will add strength to Bech-Bruun’s employment and labour law group. Mads Krarup, a prominent figure and true professional within his field, is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society's expert panel with special responsibility for employment and labour law.
"With these four new partners and their employees, Bech-Bruun will significantly strengthen its position in West Denmark towards large and medium-sized businesses in Aarhus and the rest of Jutland. It is with great pleasure that we welcome Claus Berner Nielsen, Jakob Østervang, Jesper Bøge Pedersen and Mads Krarup to our partnership," says managing partner of Bech-Bruun, Randi Bach Poulsen.
"Bech-Bruun's organisation, its high quality and high degree of specialisation will serve as a unique platform for further boosting business development opportunities within our practice areas and for building on the relationship with our clients, and we therefore very much look forward to becoming a part of Bech-Bruun," says Claus Berner Nielsen.
