Corporate consulting
As its name implies, the corporate consulting division covers a number of fields practised by Bech-Bruun and therefore the legal advisory services carried out by several divisions could be categorised as corporate consulting. However there are certain specialist areas that belong within the sphere of corporate consulting in particular. These include contract law and the law pertaining to the sale of goods.
