Bech-Bruun's capital markets division is a leader in its field in Denmark. In recent years we have witnessed a steady increase in our market share thanks to our high level of specialisation and professional expertise. Part of Denmark's largest company law division
The capital markets division represents one of the three transaction teams that together make up Bech-Bruun's company law division. With specialist expertise in stock exchange regulations, financing law and securities regulations, we work closely with Bech-Bruun's other teams to deliver seamless client services. In addition we collaborate with Danish and international banks, financial institutions, investment funds, pension funds and private equity funds providing advice on their activities as well as the statutory basis on which they operate.
