Knowledge development and knowledge sharing are fundamental to maintaining the high quality and efficiency of our work. Our knowledge management department helps keep us on the leading edge.
Among the department’s main tasks is to assist with developing and updating relevant case-handling tools for our lawyers. It is also responsible for the in-house training activities of the Bech-Bruun Academy and for serving as an expert sparring partner, drawing on the expertise of each of our specialist groups.
After screening all new legal practices, legislative proposals and legislation, the department’s team of knowledge management lawyers communicate legal news in-house. In this way, we stay continuously up to date - and continuously equipped to serve client needs in the best possible way.
Focus areas include:
- Quality management, for example evaluations of closed cases
- Professional briefing of selected topics through meetings or newsletters
- Writing articles, books and manuals
- Developing our knowledge bank Power Tool® and business development tools
- Client-rated projects and web services
