Søren Meisling has long-standing experience in business transfers/M&A. He has advised on the largest Danish and cross-border transactions within a wide range of business areas, including telecommunications and cable networks, medical and biotech companies, internet providers, insurance companies, financial institutions, industry and wholesale groups, shipping companies and airline companies.

Furthermore, Søren advises Danish and international groups, including capital and venture funds and financial institutions, on all types of transactions and structural matters. He has particular expertise in the regulation of insurance companies, pension funds and stockbroker companies.

Søren is, moreover, a member of Bech-Bruun’s Chinese Desk.
