Simon Evers Kalsmose-Hjelmborg has extensive experience with notifications to the European Commission and Danish Competition and Consumer Authority under the FEU Treaty, the Merger Control Regulation and the Danish Competition Act.

He also advises clients on the content of compliance programmes, general EU law issues, the preparation of tender material, the implementation of public procurement processes for public bodies and the submission of bids according to procurement procedures, etc.

Furthermore, Simon acts in competition and procurement cases before the EU/Danish courts and the Danish competition/procurement authorities/ instances.

Simon is, in addition, an experienced external lecturer at Copenhagen and Aarhus University.
