Per Hemmer specialises in energy law and the environment and has long-standing experience in advising national and international energy and utility companies.

Per has advised on energy transactions affecting government, municipal institutions and private companies, including the restructuring and separation of energy companies/utilities, the purchase/sale of CHP plants, gas storage facilities and transmission and distribution networks.

Moreover, Per advises Danish and foreign oil and gas clients on license and contractual matters in Denmark and Greenland.

Per is highly experienced in the establishment of public utilities, remote cooling, waste incineration, biogas and geothermal energy, wind turbines and offshore infrastructure.
