Monica Reib specialises in mergers and acquisitions and company law, including company restructurings and all aspects of company structure, capital and management.

Monica has extensive experience with transfers of insurance companies and insurance portfolios, as well as the special rules governing the transfer of businesses subject to regulatory supervision.

In addition, Monica advises on corporate responsibility, including the drafting of CSR policies and the conduct of CSR due diligence in connection with acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.

Monica represents both Danish and international businesses and is a member of Bech-Bruun's Chinese Desk. She has, moreover, significant lecturing experience.
