Mogens Gaarden has specialised in civil and arbitration proceedings for 40 years.

He has represented clients in a significant number of legal proceedings before the ordinary Danish courts and arbitration tribunals, including in principal cases concerning professional liability, among others medical professional liability, the law of damages and insurance law, as well as agricultural law, including compulsory acquisition.

Mogens primarily assists larger Danish business clients, including organisations.
