Lise Lauridsen advises on all aspects of labour and employment law and has particular experience advising Danish and international undertakings in connection with business transfers, outsourcing, reorganisations as well as employment terms and incentive schemes for executives and other key employees.

In addition, she has extensive litigation experience and experience with termination of employment of civil servants and employees in positions similar to that of civil servants.

Lise Lauridsen is co-author of a book on shareholders' agreements with employee shareholders “Ejeraftaler med medarbejderaktionærer”, and regularly conducts courses on labour and employment law issues for HR managers and other employees with HR responsibility.
