Kaspar Bastian leads Bech-Bruun’s tax controversy and litigation practice. He is one of the leading Danish experts in tax dispute resolution and litigation in cases concerning tax, transfer pricing, VAT and duty issues.

Kaspar, who advises on domestic as well as cross-border disputes, has considerable experience in tax litigation and procedural tax matters and conducts on a regular basis cases in, inter alia, the National Tax Tribunal and the Danish courts. He also represents clients in front of the European Court of Justice.

He represents clients at all stages of tax controversies advising clients on audits, enquiries and other investigations, strategic issues, settlement of disputes and litigation.

Kaspar also advises on and represents clients in criminal tax investigations and litigations.
