Jingjing Su is a member of Bech-Bruun’s Chinese Desk and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and intellectual property rights.
He assists Danish companies in setting up new business or tending to existing business in China, and Chinese companies also benefit from JingJing's expertise when trying to get a foothold on the Danish market.
Jingjing assists clients from the following sectors: banking, airline, telecommunications, insurance, wind energy, life sciences, acoustics and mining and natural resources. He is also well-versed in Chinese patent applications.
Jingjing is a research assistant at the Centre for Enterprise Liability at the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen and teaches "Introduction to Chinese law" at the University of Southern Denmark, and “China Legal Culture, focus on Chinese Business Law” at the University of Copenhagen. As a guest lecturer he has helped arrange "Doing business in China – legislation, culture and ethics" at Aarhus University and "European and International Trademark Law" at Lund University.
Jingjing is a member of 7th Chinese Overseas Scholars and Researchers Committee from 2014 to 2018.
Jingjing is board member of 3rd Youth Leaders Committee of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese under Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 2014 to 2018.
