Jakob Bjerre provides advice in the area of dispute resolution, including in relation to environmental law and public law. Jakob has extensive experience in procedural rules and the conduct of legal proceedings before the district courts, the high courts as well as the Supreme Court in addition to the industrial bodies (the Danish Labour Court and the industrial arbitration tribunals).
In addition, Jakob has considerable experience providing advice on labour law issues, both collectively and individually and in related areas of law (public law, data protection law, etc.).
In 2010 and from 2015 to 2016, Jakob was acting high court judge at the High Court of Eastern Denmark and the High Court of Western Denmark and he is associate professor in civil litigation law at the University of Copenhagen. Furthermore, Jakob is a teacher in the Danish Bar and Law Society’s training program for junior lawyers.
