Jens Auken is one of Denmark's leading specialists in expropriation and neighbour disputes relating to major construction projects.

His advice encompasses, e.g. the acquisition of areas and rights and the legal position of supply cable owners. Jens also advises on general legal matters for municipalities, public enterprises and the legal framework for harbours. Moreover, he represents clients in legal proceedings and valuation cases.

Jens has advised A/S Øresundsforbindelsen on the construction of the approach system to the fixed link across Oresund and has also advised Ørestadsselskabet and subsequently Metroselskabet on the construction of the Copenhagen Metro and Cityring.
