Henrik Valdorf-Hansen specialises in commercial dispute resolution and is known as an effective, result oriented litigator. For over 30 years, he has conducted countless court and arbitration proceedings. He has, in particular, advised the insurance sector on product and professional liability, construction law and maritime and transport law issues.

In recent years, Henrik has advised on numerous substantial cases within the wind turbine sector and he regularly conducts larger nullification proceedings in connection with insolvent estates.

Henrik acts as arbitrator and mediator and was, in 2012, the first European arbitrator to be registered as an arbitrator in China by Xiamen Arbitration Commission and SCIMAC (South East China International Maritime Arbitration Court.
