David Moalem provides legal advice to institutional investors, listed enterprises, financial institutions and other market participants about capital market law, investment funds, institutional investors, regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities.

He is an expert in takeover bids, prospectuses, buyback programmes, ongoing listing requirements, advice on the establishment, merger and regulation of financial institutions as well as on the establishment, regulation and marketing of investment funds. David is also highly experienced in special procedural law and criminal law having represented a number of listed companies and financial institutions in test cases before the Danish FSA, the Danish Company Appeals Board, the Danish Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic and International Crime and the Danish courts.
