Dan Bjerg Geary works primarily with patent, trademark and marketing law as well as the drafting and implementation of IPR strategies.
He has considerable experience with enforcement in infringement proceedings, including injunctions and preservation of evidence proceedings.
Dan has for a number of years represented Danish and non-Danish businesses, e.g., in connection with licence agreements and other IP agreements. He has considerable experience with commercial contracts, particularly franchise systems, in Denmark and abroad.
He is furthermore experienced in gaming law, including obtainment of gaming licences.
Additionally, Dan has taught market law at Aarhus University and courses on, e.g., IPR issues.
