Carsten Pals

Carsten Pals specialises primarily in the taxation issues arising on the purchase or sale of businesses, corporate and shareholder taxation, international taxation and incentive schemes.

In addition, Carsten advises a number of largely foreign banks and financial undertakings on the taxation of financial products and securities lending.

Carsten assists, moreover, the financial sector with respect to the taxation of pensions. He has been involved in the preparatory work leading to the implementation of amended Danish pension taxation rules, which grant foreign pension providers expanded opportunities to offer pension schemes in Denmark.
