Claus Aagaard Nielsen specialises in the acquisition and sale of national and international businesses and advises on company law issues, restructurings and family business successions. He also advises on private equity fund investments, the acquisition of retail chains, the drafting of shareholders' agreements, etc.
He represents private equity funds, banks, large industrial enterprises as well as smaller enterprises, including those within the advertising and media industry, the real estate and energy sectors, partnerships and owner-managed companies.
Moreover, Claus has specific knowledge of Danish-German legal matters and regularly holds talks on mergers and acquisitions, company law issues and restructurings.
