Carsten Ceutz represents financial creditors with exposures in finance and operational leases as well as loans to and charges over cooperative housing associations in distress. Moreover, Carsten advises on the possession and administration of receivables charges and floating company charges as well as the commencement and administration of restructuring proceedings.

As restructuring administrator and trustee of many businesses subject to restructuring proceedings and estates in bankruptcy, Carsten employs his substantial professional expertise to safeguard the interests of estates in bankruptcy and creditors. He has vast experience in administering the bankruptcy estates of travel agencies and in the management of IT, rights and employees in connection with corporate restructurings and insolvency.
