Anders Birkelund Nielsen

Anders Birkelund Nielsen advises contracting authorities and utility companies on the obligation to tender, the development of tender strategies, drafting tender material and contracts and implementing tenders. Moreover, he advises businesses participating in tenders on compliance with suitability requirements and the conformity and optimisation of bids in relation to specific criteria.

Anders has extensive experience in representing clients in cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the ordinary Danish courts.

Moreover, Anders advises on contract law, including the interpretation and resolution of possible disputes relating to existing contracts.

Anders also lectures on procurement law at Copenhagen University.
