Recruitment base

Bech-Bruun enjoys close cooperation with the legal faculties of Denmark’s universities, the Copenhagen Business School and the Aarhus School of Business. We play an active role in the further development of course programmes and support various student functions and associations.

International moot court

An example of our active involvement is the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, in which Bech-Bruun sponsors the Danish teams.

Bech-Bruun sponsors the Danish teams in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Denmark is represented by two teams, one team comprising law students from the University of Copenhagen and one from the University of Aarhus. Participants are given a fictitious case, which they must present in writing and subsequently argue before a judicial panel.

In 2005 the University of Copenhagen won first prize for the best memorandum for claimant.

Law students

Bech-Bruun provides an excellent setting to explore what it is like to work in a large full-service law firm. More than 30 law students are currently gaining valuable hands-on working experience in our legal divisions.

At the same time their presence enables us to identify considerations and issues that are important to tomorrow's lawyers.
