Good health
We provide all employees with ergonomic workstations and access to our in-house fitness centre and massage. At both our offices, our staff canteens serve healthy, delicious food every day. Employees are also entitled to an annual individual health check.

Happy families
Flexible working hours and home workstations make it easier for our employees to reconcile family and working life. Particularly for those with young children, opportunities are available to reduce working hours.  

After-hour relaxation
The chance to meet in a relaxed, informal atmosphere, where work is off the agenda, is great for building a close-knit team. In addition to our summer and Christmas party, each month we invite employees to a Friday Bar event. Our fitness centre and staff or art association are other social meeting places.
