Bech-Bruun and family life

Bech-Bruun's staff policy aims to reconcile family and working life through flexible working hour arrangements, and, as a result, quite a few members of staff have accepted reduced working hours. On average around 20 employees are away on maternity/paternity leave.

Bech-Bruun's annual family days are some of the highlights and offer a great opportunity for our families to visit the firm and meet our colleagues.
