As a result, our employees often have a working week of more than 37 hours.
We believe that the key to satisfied employees is a favourable working environment and continued focus on the challenges we all face in everyday life. At Bech-Bruun, we strive to create a favourable working environment by proactively promoting flexible working hours, home workstations and other staff benefits, including an in-house fitness centre and massage. Moreover, our staff association is making an extensive effort to create a good social environment.
Work-life balance
Bech-Bruun's staff policy aims to reconcile family and working life through flexible working hour arrangements, and, as a result, quite a few members of staff have accepted reduced working hours and home workstations, allowing for an optimum work-family balance.
Focus on training, development and communication
Bech-Bruun keeps up constant efforts to improve our staff's work satisfaction and performance via our in-house training programme, Bech-Bruun Academy, designed to enhance our staff's professional and personal qualifications. The programme encompasses various themes, including client relations, marketing, management and cooperation.
